Ecotech's distributors are factory trained by Ecotech staff in the repair, maintenance and service of all Ecotech equipment. In the unlikely event that a fault can't be repaired by our distributors, Ecotech's international service centre is capable of performing repairs to any Ecotech product. Our team of highly trained and experienced service/repair staff are able to quickly and efficiently service or repair a wide variety of equipment from Ecotech products as well as other manufacturers.

Our testing centre also doubles as a master calibration laboratory where instruments are tested prior to dispatch. In this area we employ 5 skilled technicians whose prime responsibility is the testing of instruments. We also maintain a NIST traceable ozone photometer for calibration of ozone analyzers, NIST and NATA traceable calibration gas and other calibration equipment, such as certified flow meters. It is from this testing facility that calibration and testing reports are generated automatically and stored electronically.
