Real Estate Environmental Assessment

Eco Tech offers three levels of environmental assessment of industrial, commercial and residential properties:

Phase I - provides assessment of the current condition of a property/site in respect to its environmental impairment. The majority of real estate properties qualify for Phase I environmental assessment. This assessment is frequently required by banks or a potential buyer to evaluate environmental liabilities associated with loans and mortgages.

Phase II - offers on-site testing and sampling to determine the extent of the site contamination or to prove satisfactory soil conditions. A detailed outline of the remediation strategies of a contaminated site would be prepared and submitted to the owner.

Phase III – provides and documents remediation measures and results of laboratory testing. It describes steps taken to restore a contaminated site to the environmentally acceptable conditions.

Eco Tech conducted dozens of Environmental Site Assessments and copies are kept in our office for permanent records. Our reports were submitted to numerous financial institutions and agencies on behalf of hundreds of satisfied clients.
